Is there a reason why everytime I send a text message in chinese to my friends they would receive it as random codes?

They all have iphones, and when they send me messages in Chinese I could read it perfectly.

It only changes into random codes when they receive it from me.

Help please?

Have you tried switching your OS language to Chinese (if now in English) or to English (if now in Chinese)?

I have never experienced any issue before though having my OS language being in English and type in Chinese. Just recently that whenever I send text messages in Chinese it turns into random codes when my friend receive them. Also, it's only in text messages, when I typed Chinese in email, social networks my friends could still see them as Chinese character not random codes.

Go to settings -> General -> International -> Region Format: Check if it is Chinese.
