charging problem in my iphone 4

I have charging problem in my iphone4 from yesterday.

When i connect my iphone4 for charging via USB cable, my iphone is buzzing. It is not getting charged.

(It is buzzing for every 2 seconds, like charging-dscharging-charging for every 2 seconds)

When i connect it to my pc for syncing with itunes, it is got getting syncd.

I tried an alternate usb cable from my friend, but same problem persists.

Can any one help me to solve my problem.

Your problem reads as if the iPhone is trying to charge, and then it shuts off the charging circuitry to protect the iPhone.  You should make an appointment with a Genius (Apple Store), or a service technician at an AASP.  When you bring in the iPhone, be sure to bring the cable and power adapter with you.
