Why is my phone frozen? Can't turn on or off.

Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. Usually takes 10 seconds of holding both buttons. If still problem, connect iPhone to Wall Charger and Reset, often takes up to 20 seconds of holding both buttons.
