Cant make receive call amp sms iPhone 4

Im having problem with making calls & receiving calls.

*im using iPhone 4 (GSM), iOS 5.0.1, Carrier is Maxis (Malaysia)

When i make call,

the receivers' phone will rings, but when they answer, my iPhone is still showing "Calling..."

then when i press "End Call" the Phone App will hang (forever until i quit it from multitasking)

but the iPhone is actually still working, Wifi, Safari, Bluetooth all ok...

On receiving part,

people can call me with dialing tone,

but my iPhone 4 just never ring~

On SMS,

worst~ cant send, cant receive!

I backed-up, restore, & restore from backup (for data)

it solved the problems, but few days later, it happens again.

I've checked other users with different phones, same area, same Carrier, no problem.

Any1 got any idea?
