Cant connect Bluetooth iPhone 3G

What are you trying to connect to?
Iphone only supports telephone headsets/handsfree devices, stereo headphones and audio devices, and some peer-to-peer apps. Tethering is supported only in countries where it is supported by the official carrier.
It will not connect to your computer otherwise nor any other phones, etc.
