I am unable to open my apps on my phone. I've had the phone for a while with no recent issues although I may have reset a sync option via iTunes?

Download a free app from the App Store. Once it downloads, your other apps should work properly again.

If apps flash when you try to open them, then close, try downloading any free app (which will re-authenticate your iTunes account on your phone).
