I need to unlock factory my iphone 4, how I do this.

ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to can authorize unlocking it. AT&T has recently announced plans to start doing so, HOWEVER, it appears that in order to qualify, you will need to be a CURRENT AT&T CUSTOMER who has completed your contractual obligation. It would seem that if you obtained a phone locked to AT&T and you do not have AT&T service, you will not be able to get it unlocked.
