As long as all of the content is loaded into the iTunes library on your computer and your computer is authorized to use content from both of your Apple IDs, then yes, you should be able to sync the content from both accounts to the iPod.

Look Xp Man, all you have to do is sync the stuff back. That's it. After you restore, you sync to restore iTunes content.
