Hi,

 

I bought a Iphone 4S from the Apple store and then took theSprint connection. My query is after the end of the contract can I switch to a GSM provider.

Iphone 4S is advertised as a world phone hence assuming it is possible.

 

Please advice.

The Sprint phone can only be used with Sprint. The SIM slot can be unlocked for international roaming, but it will never work in the US with any carrier other than Sprint.
