Apple does not sell in duty free shops... these are considered grey market devices. They will most likely be hacked to unlock and any attempt to upgrade the iOS will lock them to the original carrier or brick them.

Do yourself a favor, save yourself the hassle and headache... buy an iPhone directly from Apple or an authorized reseller in the country where you will be using it.
