I lost my phone just now, I tried calling, and it's already turned off. I'm pretty sure it's stolen, do I need to file a report to the police department? Can you guys track my iphone? I had iCloud on my iphone and I have tried to track the iphone by myself, but it is offline the whole time. Thanks.

If it doesn't appear in iCloud, then there's nothing you can do other than file a police report. Apple cannot track your iPhone, nor can your cell carrier except in extreme emergencies.
