Caller ID Problems iPhone

My husband and I recently purchased iPhone 4S through Sprint -- when we call home, our caller ID no longer shows up with our names -- just "Twin Cities, MN" and the phone number. Sprint has reset our caller ID - they claim it's ok on their end. Any help, please???

Check Settings>Phone>Show My Caller ID to be sure it's set to On. (This feature isn't offered by all carriers so you may not see this setting on your phone.)

No - it's not offer on my phone (so - must be a Sprint thing?)...any other suggestions....please?!?!/

If your number appears properly in Settings>Phone>My Number then I would take the problem back to Sprint. I don't know of another setting on the phone that would effect this.
