Blurry photos iPhone 4S

Yeah, my photos are coming out very poorly, same issue, one section is in focus and the rest blurry.  If I zoom in at all then pretty much the whole picture is blurry.  What's the deal here?

You are probably trying to take pictures with insufficient light.

No, it's happening with photos taken in broad daylight.  The lens is clean.  Only one small part of the photos is in focus, and the rest blurry.  And the part that is in focus is not consistent.  Sometimes the center is in focus with all the edges blurry, sometimes the left side is in focus with the right side totally blurry.

Don't know why this is happening but it's very disappointing for an $800 phone.

Here is a photo I took this morning.  As you can see, the left foreground is in focus, as well as most of the left side.  The right side and the background is out of focus.

Your phone is broken. Take it to an Apple store for exchange. As it's a 4s it is still in warranty.
