i have a 16 gb iphone 4s and i have seen a small blue light in the headphone jack is this normal?? i have onle one week with the iphone

There are no lights in the headphone jack on any iPhone.

Most likely you're seeing a reflection.

no man i can see the reflection that you say and i can see a little blue light but its only when the screen is on but thanks for you answer

You're probably seeing the backlighting for the screen. I very much doubt that Apple manufactured a one-off phone with a little light showing down the jack. In fact I know they didn't, because I see a light as well. I'm going to declare it normal.
