Bit of advice needed iPhone

Ive read, and read and read the pre-written columns about ringtones, how to make them and so, and yet, I cant do it. I cant find any songs with bells next to them except when I switch to the U.S version and Im very, very stuck. Anyone shed any light for me please? Thanks.

You cannot make ringtones from an iTunes Store other than the U.S. one at this time.
