Auto answer after few rings iPhone

I use to have a phone that had the autoanswering option in the setting while hooked to a headset. It would be very convenient on the IPhone cause I have a telecom system for my motorcycle and id like my IPhone to auto answer after a few rings.
Any idea how-to do that if possible?

Its not possible. thats not a feature of the iPhone OS.

My iphone answers automatically when I'm in movement, like walking or something. It only rings or vib when it is over a table or anything stopped. I was told it is a software issue. Does anyone know anything to solve this problem?
