Auto answer after few rings iPhone

I use to have a phone that had the autoanswering option in the setting while hooked to a headset. It would be very convenient on the IPhone cause I have a telecom system for my motorcycle and id like my IPhone to auto answer after a few rings.
Any idea how-to do that if possible?

2010-02-09 02:27:10Just got a new 3GS iPhone same issue. Trying to find a way but seems to be an Apple problem to be fixed. Common Apple get a software item to fix this elementry issue
