Apps won't open on Iphone 4s.

It's been happening more often each time, that apps on my iPhone 4s don't open. They'll blink and remain unopened but when I double-click on home, it'll show up as if it was open. At first it happened once every two months, but now it's happening almost every day. I've tried erasing one app and downloading it again and this fixes the problem temporarily, but soon it happens again and it's getting frustrating. There must be another way to fix this for a longer period of time.

first restart

if that don't help then go into

settings->store

and input the same appleID the apps were purchased with

if one change appleID all apps bought with it act as you describe

thanks! I've restarted AND reset the phone. I've had the same appleID and password for as long as I can remember and haven't changed it ever. This is very frustrating.
