I had downloaded the apps from iTunes Store, but i couldn't sync it to my phone. when i click sync, everything is perfect, but nothing is transferred

Make sure that in iTunes you go to the Applications tab and make sure that they are checked. Otherwise they won't be synced.

The best practice is to download apps to your iPhone then hook up to iTunes. When your iPhone shows up under "Devices" in the left column right click on it and choose "Transfer Purchases"

how to "check" it?? Sorry, I'm very new to this. At Library->Apps, I only can see the apps that I downloaded, but I can't check it

When you click on your iPhone in the device list in iTunes you should have a bunch of tabs. Click on the one that says Apps. You should have a checkbox that says Sync apps. Make sure there is a checkmark in that box. Then you should have a list of your apps with a checkbox next to each one. Make sure there's a check mark in each box for the apps that you want on your iPhone.
