Apple Store replacement phone defective online repair says I'm out of warranty-what can I iPhone 4

Three weeks ago I replaced my out of warranty iPhone 4 at an Apple Store for $169. The replacement phone isn't working -- it has a bad mic, and no one can hear me on calls -- but when I try to file an online repair, I'm told its out of warranty. I don't live anywhere near an Apple Store, and I don't see why I should have to pay for a repair on an iPhone that was defective when they gave it to me. What can I do?

The replacement iPhone itself has a 90 day Warranty. So you still have full Warranty. Take or send iPhone to Apple for full Warranty Coverage.

Wonderful! Thank you. I suppose it's just a hiccup in the online system then. I'll make the drive out to an Apple Store this afternoon with my receipt (no Apple Store's close, but hey -- it's worth it to get the phone replaced). Cheers!
