Hi,

 

My apple account was set to UK as I was living there. I moved to Pakistan recently and changed my apple account accordingly and put in my new visa card details as well. Today I tried to buy an in-app unlock that was required. I got a message that the app is not available in your country but my debit card was charged with the amount. The app has not recognized that payment and is still locked.

 

Can someone please help me with this.

No we can't.  But iTunes support can.  Contact them
