Apple Announced Delays in Push Notification iPhone

As seen on MacRumors forums, apple realized their servers were not ready for full-scale push notification. Its been over a year since they first announced it, and they still cant get it right?
Im a die hard apple fan, and always have been, but this is getting ridiculous. Maybe a little negative publicity will cause them to get on the double and get it working once and for all. Grrrrr
