Dear Sirs,

After I have upgraded version of my Iphone 4, and passed through all steps of activation via I tunes (installed on Mac Air) I can't finalize activation. I can see on the screen: "Activation Error" and "Activation request couldn't be completed. Please retry activation later".

Please help me urgently as I have to travel tomorrow with tomtom installed on my Iphone.

Are you using the same carrier's SIM that initially came with the iPhone?

If you are in the U.S then make sure your SIM card is the same one you got when purchased. Have it inserted, get a good wifi signal, good amount of battery (if your activating it without iTunes) then it should be fine. Other wise there may be some server problems etc. You can try calling up apple if your problem persists. If it doesn't activate on your MacBook Air either, then there might be a problem with the server.
