After updating iOS 5 my music app on iphone acting up. When looking up an artist under artist category not all of albums are . However when looking under album category missing album . suggestions

I'm experiencing same issue.  Artist is missing from the list but I can find the song, and when playing the song the artist name is there.  This isn't to do with compilation albums because it is affecting some artist albums where there was just one artist.  I know all the songs are on the iPhone but I just can't look up a lot of them by Artist all of a sudden.  This was not an issue at all before upgrading to iOS 5.

i have done some investigating. in my case all of the songs that are not showing up is the ACC versions

hey i fixed it!

this will fix another problem you are probably having if you are OCD like me too when it comes to organizing your library.

on your phone/device go to settings>music> and turn off "group by album artist"

everything shows up..as far as i have checked
