I am not very computer savy but have had no problems sending photos via messaging until recently.  I've tried resetting event phone even to "like new".  Can someone help me.  I need very basic instructions.  Thanks.

I've made sure I have the latest operating system. I've reset my settings. I've turned on and off iMessaging and MMS messaging.  I've rebooted my phone. I've reset my phone to factory setting.   I've called my telephone server (AT&T).  I've verified my WiFi works. Nothing is working.  Any other ideas?

Wi-Fi has nothing whatsoever to do with SMS/MMS.

 

If you have done eveything included with the link provided with no change, the problem is with ATT.

Make double sure AT&T didn't disable MMS at their end on your account.  They've "accidentally" done this before to others, and their reps often "assume" things they haven't actually verified.

Thank you.  It was AT&T.  Got it fixes after THREE calls.  They denied it was them the first two calls.  Thanks again
