This 3G has become so slow, its not enjoyable to use sometimes. I left about 500MB free assuming this phone does some sort of PFing. Ive restored this phone plenty of times... but all the musics and apps are back on the phone, it becomes sluggish again. Loading web pages takes forever... and while a page is loading you cant really type anything into a text box because each key has 1+ second delay... so instead you have to wait for the whole page to load, which sometimes takes upwards of 1-2 minutes.
I have about 2,000 songs on this thing
My apps are as follows:
Beejive IM
Facebook
Tweetie
Pandora
Dictionary
Google
myWireless
IMDb
Shazam
PS Mobile
iStat
Speed Test
Remote
Score Center
Translator
Pocket Guitar
DigiLite
Ocarina
Grenade
Drinks Free
No.2
Wobble
Knocking Video
Most of them are fairly simple apps, no games or anything... only a few could really be considered complex apps or memory hogs.
I have to wait until Summer for the new iPhone to come out and my contract to be up. What can I do to improve my experience... I know the hardware on the 3GS makes a big difference, but thats not an option for me right now, plus id rather wait for the 64GB.

Youve restored plenty of times from the iPhones backup or has this included as a new iPhone or not from the iPhones backup?

Sorry Im not totally familiar with the termanology of Restore vs Backup. But to try and answer your question, Ive done the full restore where everything is restored from the backup. The reason I do this is as not to lose my text message history and other unrecoverable data.
