I've been trying to remove the photo library and two more albums that I don't even have in my pc. The counting of photos that I suppossd to have is from 463 but itunes isn't even counting the ones that i have as photo library and my other two ghosts albums, if that was the case, i'd have 513...

so what should I do? Do I have to restore it?

What did you try?

 

Did you open itunes, connect iphone, select what you want on the iphone, and sync?
