Yes, as a matter a fact I do. However, I have not had a VM indicator since Friday when I replaced my Gen1 with a 3GS.
Finally, after missing 5-7 VM, and lord only knows how many calls, AT&T was kind enough to tell me on my 3rd tech call the following:
Due to your change in plan, and not wanting it Pro-rated (I did not want my billing cycle to change) that my VM was disconnected, and there was no way to activate it. So the lady told me I had 2 choices... 1, dont change my plan then call back to change my plan on the 3rd of July. 2. Keep this plan in effect for change, and suck it up with no VM until the 4h-5th of July.
Well, I dont know about you but I decided I better give in to their demands because my luck I would miss that all important call from- oh I dont know; my son!
Good lord, I am so thinking of leaving this AT&T business and going to sprint. I cannot for the life of me understand how they can continue to hold me to the fire... I.E. Well sir, if you want to get your messages you must.....
Oh and lastly, we have VMM so there is no number to dial into to get them, they are just not there.
I am soooooo ticked again with this current user experience.
On a better note has been fine, as is my new 3GS... Except for my Speed on 3G in 48009 Zip code is .69 MPS down and .09 MBS up... Full bars. I guess getting anywhere near 7.2 MPS must mean in 2014 with AT&T.
Seriously thinking of returning, what a terrible experience thus far.
