no me oyen iPhone 3G

Tengo un iphone 3g con el último update. Hace como una semna, en ocasiones cuando hago una llamad, puedo oir, pero a mi no me oyen. Si me llaman, igualmente oigo quien me llama pero no me oyen. Hago la restauración y se resuelve el problema. A veces esto último no resuelve el problema. Entonces hago una sincronicación con Itunes y resuelvo el problema.
Cual será el problema.
