No Edge3G connection after update to 3.1.3 iPhone

I update my IPhone 3G to 3.1.3, for 2 days it was all right, than I turned on WiFi I used Safari and when I turned off WiFi it lost the 3G connection for ever.
I tried to restore the IPhone but nothing happens.
Now I havent any data connection Edge/3G, I tried also to turn off/on Airplane mode, 3G connection, roaming, and any other switch.

Try:
Reset phone - press both home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore in iTunes using a bakup
Restore as a new iPhone
MacPro4,1 8 Core Mac OS X (10.6.2) iPhone 3GS (3.1.3), AirPort Extreme, 160GB iPod Classic, 5 PCs/WinXP SP3
Try:
